2010 AGM

The 2010 AGM was held on Wednesday the 26th of May.

Murray Rowe was elected to Chairman of the Board

Jim Lamb was unopposed and returned as the Building Director.

John Harvey was elected to the position of Secretary of the Board.

Constitution changes were passed in regards to appointing another Director to the Board.

This position is to be finalised at a Special General Meeting to be held on the 30th of June 2010 at 7pm.

The position of Vice-Chairman vacated by Murray Rowe is also to be decided at the Special General Meeting.

Nominations for both positions received until the 16th of June 2010, 5pm.
