| The 2007/2008 annual report of the Sebastopol Bowling Club Inc is submitted for your information. During the past year the Club has continued to grow through professional management, positive attitudes, co-operation, and business acumen. Congratulations must go to our general manager who has, with due diligence, knowledge, and the ability to keep abreast of change, maintained a harmonious working environment for our administrative, gaming and bistro employees. All staff is to be congratulated on their outstanding efforts throughout the year in maintaining the Club’s reputation not only throughout the bowling fraternity but the populace at large. I again urge staff to strive at all times to promote the Club positively and work together harmoniously being tolerant of each other’s opinions and positions. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Keep up the good work. Throughout the year we experienced change in personnel. I thank those who have moved on for their contributions and welcome new appointees. | The outdoor staff have contributed significantly in producing and maintaining the best greens in the Association as well as magnificent Club surroundings. Well done to Bruce, Scott and assistants. Congratulations to our bar manager Tony who has continued to professionally manager his environment for our benefit. The Club extensions have commenced and I, like you, am really looking forward to the end result. Throughout the building faze there will undoubtedly be some limitations of use. Please be patient and consider the benefit when work is completed. My congratulations to Presidents’ Gwen and Ross and their Committees. You have had an excellent year both on and off the greens. I wish to sincerely thank each and every one of you who have volunteered your time and energies throughout the year in assisting with the successful operation of the Club. We could not survive without your help. Thank you to all Board members for their time, assistance and guidance throughout the year. To those of you who have lost loved ones during the year I offer my sincere condolences. To those who have not enjoyed good health I wish a speedy recovery
